A class demonstrating the use of cookie molds to make the most beautiful cookies
for your holiday table and gift giving!

We will demo the following cookies and techniques:

• Springerle
• Speculaas
• Molded Gingerbread
• Marzipan topped bar cookies
• Decorating cookies with edible paint and luster dust
• Chocolate backing for your molded cookies
• Fondant decorating with Cookie Molds

Hands On – you can try your hand and practice.
Recipes will be provided.
Taste samples and take some home to share.

Class attendants will receive a 20% discount on purchases.
